Statements from Board of Directors Candidates

Since the mailing of the proxy forms, additional candidates have sent in statements. The following candidates have approved us posting their statement on the web:

January '10 Annual Meeting & Board Meeting

The annual meeting, including elections of several directors, is at 7pm Tuesday, January 19 in Dominion High School's room 409. A short board of directors meeting will follow the annual meeting.

Normally, the board meets on the third Monday of each month, but the 18th is a holiday. During the school year, meetings are held at Dominion High School.

Holiday Trash Pickup Schedule

Trash Away will not be picking up trash on Friday, December 25 (Christmas) or Friday, January 1 (New Years Day). Trash (and recycling) will be picked up as normal on the following Tuesdays.

Trash Away will provide Christmas tree removal on Tuesday Januarty 5 and Tuesday January 19. The disposal and recycling facilities require that trees be in a natural state to be collected. Metal stands and all decorations—including lights, ornaments, tinsel and garlands—must be removed. Please place trees at curbside for collection. Trees in excess of 6 feet in length need to be cut in half.

Dues for Fiscal Year 2009

The assessments for FY2009 have been set:

• Town Homes: $96/mo
• Single Family Detached: $87/mo

The first FY2009 payment is due August 1, 2009.
