Grounds Committee Meeting November 29th

Board Meeting Schedule

The Board of Directors meets at the Cascades Library on the 2nd Tuesday of each month (or on the 1st Tuesday if the 2nd is a holiday). The meeting starts at 7pm and lasts until 9pm. During the pandemic, we're meeting online.

Residents are invited to attend and provide input.

Minutes are available to all homeowners in the Sentry CommunityPro® Portal, look under “Information Center” at Association Records→Community Information→Meeting Minutes.

The Grounds Committee will meet Wednesday, November 29th from 6 to 8pm at the Cascades Library. The tentative agenda is:

Irrigation — determine expansion or not and location of irrigation system
Dry ponds — maintenance standards
Trash cans — type and location
Dead tree removal and overcrowding trees transplanting
Advantage — performance update
