The Pool Committee has scheduled several pool pass issuing sessions in July. If you've recently moved to Westerley, have a new family member, or just have never had one issued before, you'll need to come to one of the sessions to get a pass to use the pool. If you have a pass from the last several years (laminated with your picture on the front and a barcode on the back), it remains valid and you do not need a new one. If you're already in the system but lost or misplaced your pass, please contact This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we can print a new one—you do not need to come to one of the sessions.

Please bring with you a government-issued photo ID (example: Virginia driver's license) to prove identity and, if that ID does not have your Westerley address on it, something to prove you live in Westerley (utility bill, lease, Closing Disclosure form, etc.)

There is no charge for pool passes. We issue one pass per person (not per house), and we need to take pictures for the passes, so please bring everyone with you.
