Board Meeting Schedule

The Board of Directors meets at the Cascades Library on the 2nd Tuesday of each month (or on the 1st Tuesday if the 2nd is a holiday). The meeting starts at 7pm and lasts until 9pm. During the pandemic, we're meeting online.

Residents are invited to attend and provide input.

Minutes are available to all homeowners in the Sentry CommunityPro® Portal, look under “Information Center” at Association Records→Community Information→Meeting Minutes.

Tree Recycling

All decorations (ornaments, tinsel, lights, etc.) must be removed. Recycling is only for natural trees, not artificial ones. The last remaining pickup date is ~~Tuesday, January 15th~~ Wednesday, January 16th.

After that, Loudoun County is offering free tree recycling at Claude Moore Park (Loudoun Park Lane entrance) from 7:00am through 5:00pm. This runs through January 20th. For details & additional locations, see Loudoun's Christmas Tree Recycling page.
