The November meeting will be Wednesday, November 20, at Dominion High School. The meeting starts at 7pm. I believe the room number is 407, or 409.
The major thing to get done this month is the budget for 2014. Other topics include the 2014 pool contract, and likely some other things.
Weather permitting, on Monday Potomac Paving will be in the townhouse areas sealing cracks in the streets.
The townhouse streets are private streets, owned and maintained by the HOA. The single-family streets are public streets, maintained by the state.
There was not a quorum at the regularly scheduled July meeting. To replace the meeting, the Association's President has called a special meeting:

It's memorial day weekend, so the pool season has begun. The pool opens today (Saturday) at 10AM. A rather chilly day to start the season, but it should warm up by mid-week.
On weekends, the pool is open from 10AM through 8PM. On weekdays, through the end of the school year, from 4PM to 8PM. Once school is out, it's open 10AM through 8PM every day.
We still need volunteers to staff a pool committee. The main responsibilities include issuing pool passes, answering any questions from the guards, and forwarding on any complaints to the pool company and/or board as appropriate. If interested, please contact the board.
The board has changed the regular meeting day to the 3rd Wednesday of the month, starting in May. The meetings continue to start at 7pm.
The May meeting starts is on Wednesday, May 15 and will be held at Dominion High School.
