2011 Pool Pass Information
The pool is paid for and operated by the Westerley Homeowners Association, funded by residents' HOA dues. Because of this, membership is restricted to the residents of the community and a pool pass is required to gain access to the pool and pool area.
All Westerley residents may use the pool facilities if they are current with HOA payments and fines, have signed and abide by the pool rules, and have a pool pass. Once you have obtained a pool pass, you do not need to get a new one every year. Pool pass dates are set up for new residents and for those that have lost or damaged their old ones. Please use your card from last year if you have it available.
The Pool Committee has set up the following dates to get Pool Passes at the Pool House (rain or shine):
Monday, 5/09: 5:30 - 7:00 P.M.
Sunday, 5/15: 1:30 - 3:30 P.M.
Tuesday, 5/24: 5:30 - 7:00 P.M.
Tuesday, 6/07: 5:30 - 7:00 P.M.
All Residents (over 18 years old) desiring a Pool Pass are required to bring current proof of a Westerley address and a photo I.D. with them.
Note: We also ask the following:
- Bring a photo of yourself to put on the pass. It will need to be about the same size as on a driver's license and a head shot only. We are low on film this year and we are not able to purchase film for our camera anymore (next year we plan to buy new pool pass equipment).
- Be prepared to fill out a Pool Registration form and have a photo taken for your pass.
- Bring all members of your household (4 years and older) with you.
If, for some reason, you miss these dates and have not acquired a Pool Pass, you may contact the Pool Committee at thepool@westerley.org to arrange for a pool pass. The Pool Committee is comprised of a small group of neighbors that volunteer their time for this purpose, so please try to get your pool pass during the Pool Pass dates listed above.
