Board Meeting Schedule

The Board of Directors meets at the Cascades Library on the 2nd Tuesday of each month (or on the 1st Tuesday if the 2nd is a holiday). The meeting starts at 7pm and lasts until 9pm. During the pandemic, we're meeting online.

Residents are invited to attend and provide input.

Minutes are available to all homeowners in the Sentry CommunityPro® Portal, look under “Information Center” at Association Records→Community Information→Meeting Minutes.

Special Meeting: Pool House Floor

The President of the Association has called a special meeting of the Board of Directors regarding the pool house floor proposal. The proposal is for installing a tile floor.

When: Sunday, April 17 at 11:00 AM
Where: The pool house (46840 Vermont Maple Terrace)

Agenda:

Resident's open forum (limited to the pool house floor)
Chose a color from the sample tiles
Decide if we keep existing baseboard tiles or replace with new tile.
Vote on proposal

The hope is to complete the meeting in under twenty minutes.
